Garmin's Nuvifone -- Dead on Arrival?



Ten months after Garmin Ltd (GRMN-$18.80) announced plans to enter the GPS (Global Positioning System) — enabled smart phone market, the provider of satellite navigation and communication devices said its Nuvifone has received approval from the Federal Communications Commission.
